What We Do

Our handyman services include home repairs, plumbing, painting, drywall, minor roof repairs, kitchen and bath works plus a lot more. We also handle commercial remodeling, service repairs and maintenance if you're a business owner who needs to keep your office or workplace in top condition.

Handyman services we offer include: 

  • ​​ Assembly /Installation:  I have the tools and equipment for the job. I also read directions and instruction before starting a job to identify if there's any missing parts or defects. In addition, I also provide maintenance.  
  • Painting:  First, I protect, prepare and then paint interior and exterior surfaces on residential and commercial properties.  
  • Drywall Repairs:   Fix holes, cracks, and dents from small to large.  Repair sagging ceilings, water damages and drywall installation.       
  • Minor Electrical: Install and repair light fixtures, outlets, switches.  *Ceiling fans range from $65-$150 per fan*
  • Minor Plumbing:  I install, repair and maintain pipes, fittings, valves and drainage systems in residential and commercial properties. 
  • General Mounting:  Mount mirrors, hang pictures, lights, wall art, hang curtains and blinds. 
  • TV Mounting: Mount all size TVs. 
  • Minor Home Repair: Skilled to perform a variety of minor home repairs as well as up-grades and construction. Cost depends on the market and complexity of the job and can be charged a flat fee or hourly rate. 
  • Roof Coating: Roof leaking but can't afford getting a new one? Try coating it to give you more time to save up some money.  It also keeps your dwelling cooler as it reflects the sun. A good coating job should give you another 10-20 years. This is for flat, rubber, TPO and metal roofs residential and commercial. 
  • Door Hardware: Change locks, door alignment, install smart locks, fix shower doors, glass doors and also weather stripping.  
  • Help Moving:  If you're moving and need a hand we're here to help. We do the loading, unloading, heavy lifting and even help with packaging.  Cost fees may depend on the size of the move and can be charged a flat fee or hourly rate.
  • Kitchen/Bath Works:  Install, repair, grouting, painting and remodeling. ​
  • Caulking/Resealing:  Caulk and reseal bathrooms, windows, walls and the perimeter of your home. 
  • Minor Roof Repairs: Fix small leaks, water damage, shingle replacement, decking repair, flashing replacement and sagging roofs. Cost depends on the market and complexity of the job and can be charged a flat fee or hourly rate.
