Our handyman services include home repairs, plumbing, painting, drywall, minor roof repairs, kitchen and bath works plus a lot more. We also handle commercial remodeling, service repairs and maintenance if you're a business owner who needs to keep your office or workplace in top condition.

Handyman services we offer include: 

  • ​​ Assembly /Installation:  I have the tools and equipment for the job. I also read directions and instruction before starting a job to identify if there's any missing parts or defects. In addition I also provide maintenance.  Service Fee Staring at $35-$45hr. 
  • Painting:  First I protect, prepare and then paint interior and exterior surfaces on residential and commercial properties.  Service Fees Starting at $40-$60hr.
  • Drywall Repairs:   Fix holes, cracks,  and dents from small to large.  Repair sagging ceilings ,water damages and drywall installation.  Service Fees Starting at $40-$80hr.         *Quote for larger jobs*                                         
  • Minor Electrical: Install and repair light fixtures, outlets, switches. Service Fees Starting at $40-$100hr.  *Ceiling fans range from $65-$150 per fan*
  • Minor Plumbing:  I install, repair and maintain pipes, fittings, valves and drainage systems in residential and commercial properties. Service Fees Starting at $45-$80hr.
  • General Mounting:  Mount mirrors, hang pictures, lights, wall art, hang curtains and blinds. Service Fee Starting at $40-$50hr.
  • TV Mounting: Mount all size TV's. Service Fees Starting at $40-$100hr.
  • Minor Home Repair: Skilled to perform a variety of minor home repairs as well as up-grades and construction. Cost depends on the market and complexity of the job and can be charged a flat fee or hourly rate. Service Fees Starting at $50-$80hr.
  • Roof Coating: Roof leaking but can't afford getting a new one? Try coating it to give you more time to save up some money.  It also keeps your dwelling cooler as it reflects the sun. A good coating job should give you another 10-20 years. This is for flat, rubber, TPO and metal roofs residential and commercial. Service Fees Starting at $250-$1000 per job. Repairs done before coating is $50-$80hr.
  • Door Hardware: Change locks, door alignment, install smart locks, fix shower doors, glass doors and also weather stripping.  Service Fees Starting at $50-$65hr.
  • Help Moving:  If you're moving and need a hand we're here to help. We do the loading, unloading, heavy lifting and even help with packaging. Service Fees Staring at $40-$80hr per person.  Cost fees may depends on the size of the move and can be charged a flat fee or hourly rate.
  • Kitchen/Bath Works:  Install, repair, grouting, painting and remodeling. Service Fees Starting at $50-$80hr.​
  • Caulking/Resealing:  Caulk and reseal bathrooms, windows, walls and the perimeter of your home. Service Fees Starting at $50-$60hr. Perimeter of home range from $200-$500 depending on the size.
  • Minor Roof Repairs: Fix small leaks, water damage, shingle replacement, decking repair, flashing replacement and sagging roofs. Cost depends on the market and complexity of the job and can be charged a flat fee or hourly rate. Service Fees Staring at $50-$80hr.
